Arrives-tu à faire un ping registry.npmjs.org ? Je confirme @rkueny. Tout semble indiquer un problème de réseau. Es-tu derrière un proxy ou un firewall ?

Salut,

Tente éventuellement un sudo npm install -g ionic.
Et tu auras surement plus de réponse sur le forum de Ionic (en Anglais) :

Au vu du message d’erreur, tu peux essayer de désactiver ton firewall, le temps d’un test d’installation.

Si cela passe, il faudra sans doute que tu regardes pour le configurer de manière à pouvoir faire des installations à travers.
